Partners in crime: Golden Retriever Brothers Help Toddler Escape Room So She’d Give Them Snacks
Bleu and Colby, two Golden Retriever brothers amazed the people of the internet after being caught in the act performing a daring jailbreak – setting their partner-in-crime and best friend free so she can give them some snacks.
The clever pups have quickly figured out that 15-month-old Chloe is much more generous with the snacks than her mom and dad, so they decided to make her their partner in crime!
According to Chloe’s parents around 6am the dogs usually get their food, however one morning they haven’t been fed on time, so they went looking. The smart dogs quietly opened the door to Chloe’s room, sneaked inside and woke the toddler up with licks and gentle nudges. When she woke up, the pups excitedly lead her in the direction of the snacks, and little Chloe is only too happy to oblige!
When Chloe’s mom Nina first found her wandering free in the halls in the morning she was baffled, as Chloe isn’t big enough to open the bedroom door herself just yet. She then decided to set up a video to find out what was going on and the footage of the jailbreak is too adorable for words.
“They definitely know exactly what they are doing,” Chris said, Chloe’s father. “And Chloe feeds them on purpose.”
