Every dog breed needs pretty much same things. Yeah, we all know what those are. Love and caring is on the top place, because they gave the same in return.
You know that your Golden Retriever owns you…
1- First thing you must do when you wake up is fill my bowl, don’t worry I will wake you up every day.
You see, if the bowl is empty for a long time, that makes me sad, and you do not want to me like that, right?
2- Bathroom time is always our time. Not every one of us likes taking a bath, but most of us do. So, please, pay attention. Do it gently, and with love. We really enjoy this hooman!
3- You must give me a piece of food you eat! What is that is you eating?
Is it better then “the thing” in my bowl? It sure is! I can bet on it! Give me a bite, please. I’ll stare at you until you give me some…
4- I can sleep anywhere I want, I don’t care if you want to sleep there…sorry.
5- See, when you got Golden retriever, we come with some rules, you know? When you got me, you saw how cute I am, and you need to cuddle with me at least five times a day and tell me how cute I am.
6- Well, this one may sound tricky to you, but you have to trust me on this.
Leave one pair of your shoes out per day for me because I need something to chew, toys are boring. Really, really, boring…
7- Well, now. We may be friends, but we like different things.
You may prefer fancy clothes, but not me. Please. Do not dress me, I prefer to be naked.
8- Water torture is illegal.
9- I may use whatever furniture I wish, if you’re already sitting on it I will sit on you…
10- I will always be by your side.
