Doesn’t everything go according to your plan? Great!

Imagine that everything in your life that you planned comes true, that all your desires are fulfilled and that everything is like sugar and spice. Imagine that you had never experienced a bad scenario in your life, that you were never sad, or imagine that you are getting what you want right away.
Is that the point of life? I claim that the answer is NO. When we are looking for answers of these kinds of questions, we need to deal with ourselves a little deeper. How do you know how to recognize happiness? How can you know that you are happy? To recognize happiness, you need to know what sadness is. To be aware of the beautiful things in life, you need to experience difficulties along your way.
To know what love is, you need to feel what love isn’t, to feel peace, you need to know what restlessness is… Sometimes the contrast is what we need in life. Although we sometimes are losing ground under feet, we grow mentally in that way. As I wrote in a text before, we aren’t capable of seeing the “whole” picture and often don’t know what we really need.
I believe that people and situations come into our lives that we need at this moment. We can learn a lot it. I’m convinced that everything happens how is it the best for us. I think it is our job to walk through our life as the best version of ourselves through the beautiful and bad moments, and that we do as best we can with the things that we have now in our lives.
