Miley Cyrus And Cody Simpson Split After Less Than A Year Of Dating

Cody Simpson and Miley Cyrus have parted ways, just ten months after going official with one another.

Miley, 27, and Cody, 23, began dating in October 2019, shortly after her divorce from Liam Hemsworth.

However, just days after Cody took to his Instagram Story to say that he was “In love with my best friend”, Miley confirmed their romance had ended.

She addressed the break up in an Instagram live video on Thursday night, telling fans both she and Cody were going to “work on” themselves during their time apart.

Shortly after announcing their relationship, they were very open on social media about their relationship.

The former flames even got co-ordinating tattoos by celebrity tattooist Nico Bassill.

Cody also helped Miley to recover after the singer underwent surgery on her vocal cords last year.

Miley recently revealed that she had been sober for six months following a turbulent year after her divorce from actor Liam Hemsworth.

She claimed that Cody had been her support system during the rocky period.

“He is very much into clean, healthy living and supports her sobriety,” a source told People in July.
