Mary-Kate Olsen LOSES bid for emergency divorce from Olivier Sarkozy as she claims he’s ‘forcing her out’ of home

Actress Mary-Kate Olsen’s emergency filing for divorce has been denied by New York courts on Thursday.
Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Michael Katz made this decision reasoning that the divorce was not essential. New York courts spokesman Lucian Chalfen confirmed the news.
The 33-year-old has filed for divorce from her husband of five years requesting an emergency divorce order alleging her estranged husband is forcing her out of their home and has given her a deadline of May 18 to remove her belongings from their NYC apartment.
“This application is an emergency because my husband expects me to move out of our home on Monday, May 18, 2020 in the middle of New York City being on pause due to COVID-19,” the filing read.
“I am petrified that my husband is trying to deprive me of the home we have lived in and if he is successful, I will not only lose my home but I risk losing my personal property as well.”
