Lea Michele’s lookalike Monica Moskatow claims the actress called her ‘ugly’ at a Glee party

Lea Michele is again receiving backlash after she reportedly called an actress hired to look like her “ugly” at a Glee party.
Monica Moskatow, who was hired as a lookalike of Lea’s TV character Rachel Berry in 2009, has joined the slew of stars publicly condemning Lea. She claimed when Lea saw her, the 33-year-old actress said: “Oh my God! Could they have picked someone uglier!”
Monica alleged that the actress’ boyfriend Cory Monteith felt bad for Lea’s comments and told Monica she’s ‘just jealous’.
Monica wrote in a comment under one of Lea’s posts:
“September 2009 I was hired to work at the premiere party for Glee at a high school. They hired lookalikes of the shows characters to perform at the party. I was the Rachel Berry lookalike. I didn’t know my character was the lead let alone who played her. When the actors arrived at the event and found out there were lookalikes of them Lea came searching for me. When she saw me she said, ‘oh my god! Could they have picked someone uglier!’”
Moskatow added that Cory “saw the look on my face and said, ‘don’t listen to her she’s just jealous, you’re beautiful.’ I never forgot that.”
Monica’s post comes after Disney star and The Voice singer Jordan Pruitt claimed everyone knows Lea is a “horrible human being.”
Earlier in the week, Lea’s Glee co-star Samantha Ware accused her of “racist” behavior onset, which led to a slew of other celebrities to come forward with their own experiences with and thoughts of Lea.
