Cody Simpson Opened Up About His Relationship With Miley Cyrus

Cody Simpson preached the women in his life in the sweetest way.

23-year-old Australian singer opened up about having female role models in his life and talked about his maternal grandmother, his mom and girlfriend.

Talking about his grandmother he noted that she is a very wise and adventurous woman, also saying that she had a huge part in him growing up.

Cody said: “My maternal grandmother, Gail, has always been a huge influence on me.”

He also spoke about his second grandmother and mother saying they were the ones who suggested the family should move to the United States so Cody could pursue his career.

“I owe a lot of my humility to these women. My ability to make good decisions comes from the way I was raised: I don’t want to disappoint Mum or my grandmothers.”

Lastly, he also talked about his girlfriend Miley, explaining that “being with Miley is a wonderful thing in my life.”

“She is creative and inspiring, fiercely independent and encourages me to be my own person, too. We are both creative individuals who support one another with our work.”
