I know, I know, you’ve probably read hundreds of articles telling you why Golden Retrievers are the best dogs, why they make amazing pets, how great they are with kids and other animals. But I am here to tell you why you definitely shouldn’t get a Goldie! DON’T GET ONE, OKAY!
1. They’re not big softies
Yep, Goldens are so vicious! Just look at this video!
2. They’re relentlessly energetic
They never want to take a good ol’ nap. EVER!
3. They’re not at all friendly with other Golden Retrievers…
4. …or other dogs in general for that matter
5. …or cats
6. They take TERRIBLE pictures

8. They won’t go anywhere
It’s true, there’s no way he or she will end up being your most loyal companion and coming with you wherever you go.
